However, as clients begin to permanently relocate towards the east end of Long Island due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the firm has decided to open another location in the Hamptons to more conveniently serve their needs. Centrally located on the South Fork, the new office is easily accessible to all East End clients. The office, located at 50 Station Road, Watermill NY 11976, will seem familiar to those in the legal community, as they are moving into the building owned by the prestigious law firm, Farrell Fitz, P.C. Water Mill is ideally located on the South Fork; easily accessible from Riverhead to Montauk.

Louis. F. Simonetti, Jr. is the driving force within Simonetti & Associates. Mr. Simonetti is the founder of the firm and draws from both his corporate and business background when representing clients. After graduating from the Wharton School of Business, magna cum laude, Mr. Simonetti attended St. John’s Law School on a prestigious St. Thomas More Scholarship and was an editor of the Law Review. He is just as dedicated to giving back to his community as he is to providing them with legal services. Since he first started practicing family law, Mr. Simonetti has served as a general counsel for various youth sports and religious organizations in his area. Charlotte M. Betts, of counsel to the firm, has obtained just as impressive accolades throughout her career. She has spent over 25 years concentrating in the area of divorce and family law, with a particular focus on high net worth clients. Ms. Betts has served as legal counsel for clients needing assistance with all facets of a divorce, from prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, to custody disputes and everything in between. Clients involved in high net worth divorce cases have found her services very beneficial, as she has vast experience in this area. Her expertise in business valuations, complex investments, and custody allowed her to rise to a partner position at the law firm formerly known as Gassman, Baiamonte, Betts, P.C. before joining Simonetti & Associates.
